Marion County, Florida – The Marion County Sheriff’s Office Gigantic Rib Sale is happening. This annual fundraiser will feature 1,100 slabs of succulent pork ribs that are prepared by Marion County Sheriff’s Office professionals who are volunteering their time and energy. The juicy ribs will be ready January 31, 2014 – just in time for the Super Bowl weekend. These oversized slabs will feed about three people and each slab is $15.
The money raised will go directly to United Way of Marion County. To make a purchase, simply contact Judge Cochran at 843-4205 or Email: jcochran@marionso.com. Make checks payable to: Marion County Sheriff’s Office. On January 31, 2014, please bring your ticket stub to the official pick up location: MCSO Pole Barn (next to the MCSO Garage), 692 N.W. 30th Avenue, Ocala.
